WE ARE CELEBRATING TWO SPIRIT, INDIGIQUEER, AND INDIGENOUS LGBTQPAI+ PEOPLE
We come to Tongva lands from many nations, lands, and waters...
Indigenous Pride LA is Los Angeles' only Pride organization and event that celebrates Two Spirit, Indigiqueer, and Indigenous LGBTQPAI+ culture, identities, and heritage.
Indigenous Pride Los Angeles recognizes the need to have a space where Indigenous people from all lands, waters, and nations can meet and celebrate our indigenous heritage, cultures, and identities. In our homelands and communities, we acknowledge that we cannot live in our truths because of the effects colonization and missionization had on our peoples. In addition, Indigenous Pride LA also acknowledges that Two Spirit, Indigiqueer, and Indigenous LGBTQPAI+ individuals have limited resources and access at most pride events in which we can not celebrate our unique identities.
